                             课后反思
本节课的重点是训练学生的阅读能力,通过实践练习来提高学生的阅读能力,并掌握一定的阅读技巧和方法。整节课自己需要改进的地方很多。对于课型把握,课堂语言生动灵性、环节衔接、知识输入输出等环节都还存在这样那样的问题。
记得有位专家说过,教师只有清醒地与自我意识进行深刻的对话,倾听自己内心真正的声音,才会从容地走进学生的心灵深处,引领着他们实现自我价值的飞跃。
当我面对学生,面对真实的自己,我知道,我需要及时反思,及时改进。我必须在忙碌的工作中尝试着停下来,去努力唤醒深层次的自我,最终成为探索自己内心世界的主人。
我应该重新认识自己,改变自我,蕴藉更多的教育智慧和勇气,要用我的眼神、我的语调、我的话语、我的课堂唤醒学生,关爱学生、尊重学
