    Step1        greetings   (2minrtes)
     Greet the students and say something to make the students relax.
    Step2         Lead--in   (4minrtes)

          Do you like bananas ?
          How do you eat bananas ?
          Like this?(pretend to put it into a mouth and eat it )
          Oh no, we must peel it first (with action“ peel”)
       Then put it into mouth. (write“ peel” “ put …into” on the blackboard)
        And now look at this. (Show the empty bottle of milk shake)
        Have you ever drunk milk shake before ? It is delicious.
    Today we will learn about making a banana milk shake
    Step3 Presentation (6 minutes)
1.    T: Look ,this is a blender, we need it to make a banana milk shake (write“blender” on the blackboard , read it three times) . We also need a knife
2.    Teach these new words by repeating with actions: Peel, cut up , put … into , pour … into , turn on .
3.    Ask students to read these new words by doing actions.
4.    Then ask students to read them after the teacher‘s actions.
Step4 Look and write (8minutes)
1.    T: Now please open your books page 41,1a.
      Look at the picture . What can you see?
       This picture show some actions What are these actions ?
       Now let’s read the new words in 1a , read after me please .
2.    Ask students to write the names of the actions on the blacks.
Then check the answers .
3.    Read the sentences in the picture after the teachers.
Step5 Listening (8 minutes )
1.    Play the recording for the first time . Students just listen.
2.    Play it a second time ,ask students to number the instructions from 1 to 6.
3.    Correct the answers. Then listen again.
4.    Get the students to the instructions in the right order.
Step6 Activity (8 minutes )
1.    Ask students to read the instructions after the teacher’s action.
2.    Group in 4 discuss how to make a pear or an apple milk shake and then one student write down the instructions.
3.    Ask students to make a banana a pear or an apple milk shake. (one say and one acts)
